Blue & Yellow.  Use a dark & a medium blue, a light and a bright yellow.

Cutting:

            Dark Blue:             Cut 2 squares, 3 1/2"

            Medium Blue         Cut 4 squares, 3 1/2"

            Light Yellow           Cut 2 squares, 6 1/2"

            Bright Yellow         Cut 2 squares, 3 1/2"

Assembly:
One dark blue, two medium blue & 1 bright yellow are assembled into each small four-patch block.  Then assembled with the light yellow squares into the finished four-patch block.
