Assembly: To the top of a Green 1 log, sew a Yellow-Gold 1 log. To the left (as you are looking at it) side of this, sew a Green 2 log and then a Yellow-Gold across the top. Add a Green 3 log to the side and a Yellow-Gold 3 across the top, repeat in the same manner to add the Green 4 & Yellow-Gold 4 and Green 5 and Yellow-Gold 5. Finish with the Green 6 on the side.
Repeat to make 3 more blocks. Square up each quarter block to 6 1/2"Assemble the full block by first sewing two quarter blocks together to make 2 half blocks and then sew the 2 half block together across the center. Make sure you have the Yellow-Gold sides towards the center of the block.
